Shipping Policy

As part of our strive in making great design accessible, we never charge for shipping within the US (within the lower 48 US states).

We are a family owned company located in Belmont, North Carolina with distribution centers conveniently located in Dallas, Texas and Salt Lake City, Utah.

 

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

If you just placed your order and want to cancel it, we are here to help. We can cancel your order and give you a full refund as long as your order has not left the warehouse yet. Please reach out to us immediately at sales@rutledgeandking.com to cancel your order.

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase from Rutledge & King. Once you have received your delivery, please inspect the product(s) and inform us within 5 days of delivery if anything is missing or has been damaged in transit. We will refund or replace any item that arrives damaged. The original box for the product needs to be saved to be able to claim the product. Please contact our customer team for more info on how to proceed at sales@rutledgeandking.com

If you are not happy with your item, you may return your non-damaged and unused Rutledge & King purchase in its original packaging within 14 days. The customer is responsible for shipping charges associated with returning a non-damaged item. Please contact our customer team for more info on how to proceed at sales@rutledgeandking.com

If your order has been returned to the warehouse due to failed delivery attempts and you want to cancel the order, you will be refunded the full order value minus costs for returning the product do the warehouse.
